P.J. Hoerr worked with OSF Saint Francis Medical Center on this Design/Build project to develop a plan to replace and renovate three of the four cath labs within the medical centers cath lab suite. Additionally, portions of the suite were updated to meet IDPH code requirements. Each lab was renovated and replaced with cutting-edge technology. P. J. Hoerr worked directly with the equipment suppliers to make sure the minimal amount of construction was included in the design, this minimized the cost of each lab renovation. At all times, the cath lab suite was occupied and operational. This project was split into four phases and each phase consisted of construction with an IDPH inspection.
