John joined P.J. Hoerr in 2020 and has 30 years of experience with the successful planning and construction of many large, complex construction projects. John has served in a variety of leadership roles in his career including being the president of a large Midwest construction firm. John has an unequaled reputation for honesty, customer service, work ethic and enthusiasm. John serves as P.J. Hoerr’s Vice President of Strategic Development and is based at our Peoria home office. In this role, John is tasked to improve our overall operations and find new markets and locations that will expand the locations and services P.J. Hoerr can offer. John also serves as President of Reinhardt Construction, LLC (a Columbia, Missouri General Contractor/Construction Manager that is a wholly owned subsidiary of P.J. Hoerr).
