Construction SafetyOur corporate Safety Program is progressive in both its comprehensiveness as well as its effectiveness. The company employs a full-time Safety Director, Mr. Steve Williams, who administers all safety policies, coordinates all safety training, conducts periodic jobsite inspections and coordinates all internal corporate incentive programs. Mr. Williams sits on many local and national safety committees devoted to the advancement of jobsite safety. The company utilizes the renowned STOP program as developed by the DuPont Corporation. This program emphasizes preventive and proactive consultation with anyone observed performing an unsafe act on our jobsites. The goal is to engage the offender in a positive dialogue in which he is able to personally identify the dangers inherent in his unsafe act and thus more clearly understand the potential harm that could befall himself or those around him.
